My 2008 Honda Civic Type R FD2

Is that a FWD confidence/lack of RWD confidence thing perhaps or are they just that closely matched?

Both good looking cars but I'll bet the FD turns more heads. Dat blue.

I have a feinding for oldschool at the moment. That S15 was awesome.

Probably but there's not much in it from what I can remember.
I did say if I could of kept the S15 as a summer car I would of but its less refined than the FD.
It's cabin noise was bad and the seats aren't supportive.
But if you don't mind a car that needs a bit of wrestling then you'd love one.

The FD is turning a lot of heads. On dual carriageways I get people overtaking me but slowing down before they do. :lol:
Never had that before.

So today has been a cleaning day

Started with some Autobrite purple rain





Then a Magifoam





There was a lot of brake dust left





So AB wheel cleaner was used



Which did a good job





Then after i Magifoamed and washed the car, i used Poorboys Natty Blue









I then used AB Legacy to enhance the wax. Not really sure it made a massive difference but it did make it more smooth

Cheers guys, ive got to say that i am loving it!

I did the interior yesterday but never took any pics. It was a maintenance clean to get rid out X amount of years of Japan.
No JDM Yo! dirt for me.

I am knackered now. Even had to do a quick clean on the ATR after. :rolleyes:
Someone hurry up and buy it so i dont have to clean it :lol:
 
After seeing this, I've come to the conclusion that this is the best colour for the FD2-stunning. Glad you're really happy after the long wait.

The wait is a distant memory now I have it. The pictures don't do the colour justice, neither does the cloud.
