FN2 YT10JVU - Know this car?

Ah yeah I started that thread. I'm trying to get as much info as I can as it is a lot of money for an Fn2 and am only willing to pay if is worth it. My last Fn2 cost me 6k which was an 07 so I would be paying double.

What do you reckon it's worth
 
Well if it was a private sale then probably £10500-£11500 but its trade so the price is inflated. It doe's come with a years MOT though and they are refurbing the alloys which is a bonus. I am tempted to buy something different as my last three cars have been Type r's but their is something about them I like.
