EP3 This to tell if cars mapped

Hi guys as above I have a ep3 type r and think it's mapped. How could I tell with out taking to dyno. Is there any way of finding this out.
 
If the ECU looks fettled with there is a good chance.

Also an EP3 should crossover onto the high cam (VTEC) at 5,800. If it is lower than that, say around 4,400-4,800 then there is every chance.
