S2Ki has this setting.

It then displays the profile pictures of all the follower's, as it were at the bottom of the page. I've never used it mind.

Nice touch I suppose, it may bring new people to the forum.

On the downside I don't know what the resource drain on the forum this may have. S2Ki runs like a dog, I don't like it.

Dont actually need a mod like to do it, vb4 has it built in as a core feature. I've just not bothered to configure it (if there is enough interest in a facebook bridge I'll more of a play with it)
