    Hi just thought i would say hello, this is my first Type R thought i would try a Vtec as i am constantly in VXR's as my day job is a gearbox engineer and that seems to be all i ever fix... mods are planned and i will post pics as i go along, tappets adjustment first and repaint the rocker cover...
