Probably one of teh heat shields. Drive shaft, cat shield, outlet mani. Possibly inlet mani i-VTEC cover. I've had both of the first two, and need to put some washers under my i-VTEC cover now to stop that.

When you say loud, what sort of noise is it? I think when valves need adjusting the "tapping" of the engine can get louder.

Air filter is done every service IIRC. I checked mine recently and it was manky after 9000 miles. It had a particularly nasty lump of dirt where it sits against the air intake, so I turned it round, so that the air taken in through a cleaner bit of the filter. Don't run the car down to the...

Oil light etc = dealer. Civics are twitchy sometimes. Probably normal. A fast road set up with adjustable camber arms and bolts will likely sort this. Not really a fault. Just naff factory geometry.
