DIY can from Halfords for £39.99 
very easy to do, run the car and air con on full blast
unsrew the grey cap from the low pressure side (is small than high pressure side)
push on conector, screw on can
depress trigger on can and shake can, stopping every now and again

sorry i didnt explain properly cause the man was round and was in a hurry i have a a man to regas it for me but the amount of aircon gas is weighed in grams rougly between 700 and 900 grams of gas might be written on a plate in engine bay but i have lost my car manual can some have a look for me pls he has put 750 grams in but condenser keeps cutting in or out and if he puts to much in it can make fuel econemy even worse thanks
