Anyone very clued up with aftermarket alloys?

Just being nosey really, but want some help if anyone can help please?

Not gonna be buying any soon if any at all, but I'd like to know of some decent wheels ideally 17's & lighter than OEM rims.

But here's the thing, I really like black spoked rims with a silver lip.

I have seen a set of wheels in one of the shops I drive past sometimes that look almost like a set of stock CTR rims, same spaced spokes etc in black, but silver lip.

The ones I have seen, for want of a better way of describing them, have twin spokes
