Here is a visual comparisson between the Apexi Hayabusa CAT back system (back box and B pipe) and the standard OE CTR B pipe.

As you can see, there is a noticeable difference between the diameter of the OE pipe and the Apexi s/s pipe.

And for Trung, here are some close ups to show the B pipe to back box connection. As you will see, the Apexi back box will not mate up to the standard B pipe, and the standard back box will not mate up with the Apexi B pipe.

Also as I have recently fitted a Spoon B pipe, I made a basic comparisson between the weight of the Apexi B pipe, and the Spoon B pipe, and the Apexi B pipe was noticeably lighter when held. Obviously there is a large difference in weight between the OE exhaust system and the Apexi Hayabusa system.
