I'm interested in moving my battery into the boot of my interior stripped FN2 for 1. To redistribute weight better after removing 45kg of rear interior and 2.as i've got a few mm bigger arch gap after removing the weight.

I've seen case thinhgs for leisure batteries are these ok? or is there anything safer to use?

I heard something regarding about fumes from batteries but does this apply to new OEM batteries too?

Any info would be great, cheers.
