Tegiwa are usually good at stating whether you need extra things like the JDM ARB, but that being said it'd be wise to drop them an email to check. The Toda manifold needs one, so if it is closely based on it then it makes sense that the Tegiwa one would need one too.
Engine mount inserts wouldn't go amiss. They'd help protect the flexi joints which is no bad thing.
It should go straight on the Supersprint B-pipe. I'm sure I've read some people have that combination. The Tegiwa manifold has been made predominantly for the European market, so there would be no advantage in making the bolt spacing on the B-pipe end like the JDM setup.
