With a K100 remap on an EP3, what would give the bigger gains,

RBC intake manifold with unsilenced mid pipe and OEM back box

or

4-2-1 exhaust manifold with decat, unsilenced mid pipe and OEM back box

Just wondering which one to go for when I get a K100 remap done.

Is there a big difference between the two setups or just something like 3 - 5bhp?
