Can't open my bonnet!!!

Pretty muh as topic title. I've got a BC carbon one if that helps :lol:

The latch opens, but when I go to lift the release lever I can't get it to "click" off. I've just been out for a 40 minute rag so ice isn't an issue!

Have you tried slightly lifting the bonnet while moving the lever to help it release?

So the lever under the dash works and the bonnet releases onto the cathc? you should be able to see throught the gap what the problem is.... or atleast be able to release it...

We had that with our BC bonnet, what you have to do is bend the lever under the bonnet down slighty so it has more lift.

Give that a try if not, don't know.

Yeah that's solved it. When I just lift up the catch moves onto something and won't go further up unless I pull the lever towards me and then release.
