Are these any good and are they loud?Or would I be better with a custom one made up?


Seen them for about £280 for the middle and rear section is this a cat back system?

Yep, everything from the catalytic convertor back to the tailpipe is referred to as a catback. This would include the B-pipe and the back box/tail pipe but not the cat itself.
