That oil is a bit thin for the engine. You'll find it burns off quite quickly. Any 5w-40 fully synthetic will do the job.

That transmission fluid, no. It's for automatic transmissions.
Use Honda MTF-3. It's not expensive and it was designed specifically for Honda gearboxes.
 
Thanks I got the transmission oil from euro parts and they recommended it
