i disconnected my battery on my ep3 and after doing this my electric windows dont go up / down on auto :mad:, does any one know how i would get them to work again...

They need reprogramming, I can't remember the procedure but I think it's in the owners manual and if you try a search here it might come up. It's pretty easy iirc.
 
Hold the button down and go all the way down only releasing when it stops then do the same going up and hey presto it will work again
