Real difficutly diagnosing this issue, I have had the EML light on when loading up the engine or at high revs. The engine then stalls and cuts out. The ECU does reset itself on being turned on and off.
Any ideas?
The local honda dealer provided the diagnostic report below, but were unable to give me a clear solution.

The local honda dealer provided the diagnostic report below, but were unable to give me a clear solution.
Report:
- EML light on and engine cuts out intermittently under load plus ticking/noise
- Carried out diagnostics to read code 22 excessive change in vehicle speed sensor and code 23a issue with speed sensor in ECU possible
- Cleared codes and carried out road test, car cut out and EML light came on, then went off, reconnected to OBD systems tester finding no codes stored
- Carried out road test again and fault reoccurred and checked for fault codes again finding no codes stored
- Codes 23a and 22 are linked with possible ECU or wiring fault. Noticed arching/electrical noise from inside N/S/F dash area on one occasion
