Ep3 suspension refurb

Hi guys
I’m looking at doing a full refurbishment on my suspension, the problem is I’m still undecided on whether to replace all bushes with oem ones or fit poly bushes.
Has anyone used the energy suspension poly bush kit? If so is it worth buying?
Also is there much difference from new oem bushes?

Thanks Phil

I would just use OEM, Polybush can be quite harsh, especially if it's not a track day car.

You can also get hardened rubber versions, Im sure Hardrace do them, Spoon also do them now too.

I suppose that could be a middle option, a little stiffer than OEM but not as stiff as the polybushes.

Hardrace seem to be the best of both worlds. Only problem is the price.

Yeah, when it comes to bushes, I'd be inclined to go as OEM as possible.

Don't forget our awful roads.

Tempted to just get new oem bushes as hardrace bushes are silly money.
I have also seen these tho on eBay and wondering if anyone has used them before?
