I got first service booked this saturday. I've also got an induction kit on the car, do I need to revert back to standard airbox or the dealer can be a bit funny when it comes to warranty fixes?
 
Speak to them mate, i left mine fitted but they knew when i booked it as i wanted a price without the airfilter.
