FN2 brake disc and pads + spark plug torque settings

hello everyone,

I have been browsing some of the threads on here and I'm sure that this topic has possibly been covered several times over and over but after a few attempts with the search tab not being that helpful I thought Id ask.

does anyone have links for purchasing front and rear discs +pads, ideally I would like to stick with brembo's and grooved discs but cant seem to find any on eurocarparts or other websites.
also do the NGK spark plugs require to be tightened to a specific torque and if so what's the torque value were talking about?

However, the instructions for the NGKs normally say something like hand-tight plus 1/2 to 2/3 a turn beyond that. You don't need a torque wrench for the plugs.
