Gearbox lsd fitting

Has anyone fitted an lsd into gearbox ? is it just a straight swap ie: old diff out & lsd in job ? or is there some specialist things to do as well ?

I don't know the technicalities of it but I believe you have to shim the LSD when fitting it.

Loxys right the LSD needs to be shimmed, if your a decent mechanic I think it would be do able aslong as you took your time etc. if not it's best left to someone who knows. I got Stevie at Grinspeed to fit mine.
