I would say the Fujitsubo exhausts are a good OEM replacement that aren't too noisy.

Are you just after the B pipe? Or a full system?
Have you tried Cox motor parts? They tend to be my go to for OEM parts, maybe worth contacting them.
You can pick up just a b pipe from a few aftermarket companies resonated or unresonated.
Otherwise as Chris said the fujitsubo is a cracking replacement for OEM, expensive but worth it in my opinion, I have one on mine and it is quality.
