Goodridge Brake Line Offer - Reviews

I have been fortunate enough to be chosen to test a set of Braided hoses for the EP3 I set about the swap. I planned on doing the whole job myself on my driveway and included a complete flush of the brake fluid at the same time.
I attacked the fronts 1st as the backs needed a fair bit of cleaning and soaking in oil to help release the connectors. Fronts were a very easy swap and fitted great easy to bleed with my 1 person bleeding tool so after 2 hours everything was back on and feeling nice and solid. Backs were attacked the following day after plenty of dismantling fluid was sprayed all over the pipe work connectors one sharp tug and they were off, new lines were perfect size and perfect fit. Everything was bled again and another 300ml of new fluid flushed into the system.

I have now been driving on the new brakes for just over a week and can't believe the difference, the pedal is like pushing on rock with no sponginess whatsoever, my old rubber lines were over 10yrs old so needed upgrading and the Fluid hadn't been changed for years so a mixture of both has transformed the car.
All in all a great upgrade and thanks to Goodridge for the opportunity to trial these on my Civic a huge thumbs up from me.

My setup is.........
Mitec drilled and grooved discs
Project U NS 400 pads all round
ATE type200 Dot 4 fluid
Goodridge braid hoses all round

thanks for for your quick delivery John, I have a few pics

Yesterday the brake lines from Goodridge got installed on the FK2.

What can I say, the difference these steel braided brake lines make to the feeling of the brake pedal is just, I N S A N E. It feels like a whole different caliper/rotor assembly!

The inital bite is so much more intense, the whole ,,spongy'' feeling of the stock setup is gone. It is rock solid, this is a MUST have for all FK2 owners who like to sporty drive their cars on the road or on track.

Big thanks to Goodridge for providing these brake lines! One of the best upgrades you can do for the money on the FK2!

As it goes these were fitted two weeks ago and I asked for some feedback ...

Fn2 CTR

My oem discs and pads needed changing so thought I'd get them done along with the brake lines kindly given to me via TRO / Goodridge , I bought some Rbf600 fluid after reading reviews on this fluid and thought it would be ideal for my needs (no track days but like to press on now and again!!)

After receiving the car back I was advised to bed the brakes in gently , which I did. I've now bedded them in and most certainly can feel the brakes are feeling much firmer than they did before. After some spirited driving there has been no fade on the brakes. Something that the car suffered with before.

Sadly no pics as I dropped the car off then collected at the end of the day, but will try and get some. Thanks TRO and goodridge. Would recommend this product on the fn2 !
