H.I.D's In front spotlights.

Has anyone changed their standard facelift front spots to HID's? Was it a big job or are you better off using normal bulbs? I'm going to change my dipped beams to hids so i thought i'd do the spotlights in the bumper to match.

I have changed the front foglight's (H11 bulbs) on my Facelift EP3. Wasn't any harder to do than the headlights, probably easier tbh as you have the bumper off.

Just make sure you use a decent make of waterproof ballast as they will get allot of moisture in that area.

Do you know where to get a good set?

I bought a set of 35W G4 ballasts for my fog's, I have had them fitted for at least a couple of years now and they are still working fine. I used some of the number plate sticky pads to fix them inside the bumper and they haven't budged at all.

Not sure on where i got them from. Might have been the US.
