Help!! Front Door Speakers on ep3

Hi People..

I currently own a type-r ep3 and have done so for just over a year. The front speakers have never sounded too great so recently I decided to change them as I thought this would solve the problem! Problem now been I can't seem to figure out how to get the door cards off, I can get so far with it but then i'm just confused as to how the whole thing comes off. I have seen that some people have had the same problem with rattling speakers and resolved it by using foam behind the door cards.

Any advice on what is best to do would be great and especially on how to get the cards off so I can fully access the speakers. Thanks!

Its a guide for changing the wing mirror which includes removing the door card.
