I connected up my connects 2 black box and my AC radio display is still not working I have checked all wires and there all correct and fine does this mean the black box is faulty pls help I'm about to give up and put original back in
 
Do they have a support number/email?

If it's not giving you your AC display, it certainly sounds faulty or the wrong model.
 
It did work at start and when I went to push it all back in it stopped I checked all wires and nothing is loose I'm going to retry my original unit tomorrow
