ITB K20 - What exactly is needed

Seriously looking into getting some ITB's for the K20

A friend of mine is selling some ZX-10R bodies, my question is, what else is needed?

Custom manifold to suit the TB's
ECU
Injectors
Fuel rails

Anything else??

ITBs are quite extreme on a road car. But in theory what you've listed is correct.
 
In all honesty I wouldn't bother with ITB'S. They have their place on race cars.

Get a diff if you haven't got one / lighter flywheel / final drive / uprated clutch. Better value IMO.
