Jacking up my fn2

Hi chaps, jacking points on a Honda civic type r fn2, I'm right in assuming that front of the subframe can be jacked and the towing eye at the rear middle can also be jacked, also could anyone recommend a trolley jack that is suitable for lifting from these points with a £100 budget.
