Watching this vid and hearing VTEC engage around 4-5k rpm... how do you do this? And does it actually = a faster car?

A hon data ECU,

With the ECU and a remap you will notice gaines all over, if putting on a standard car you mostly see more drivability and more useable power ~£700 though. HTH
