What does it mean to have 30mm drop from OEM springs?

and how do you determine that? where abouts to do you take that measurement?

It'll make the body of the car 30mm closer to the wheel so could measure from the edge of the wheel arch to the rim of the wheel, or anywhere else on the wheel.

You could even measure the distance from the wing mirror to the ground of you like....
