misfire??

Guys,

I've got a little niggle - i haven't used my car for a couple of days, now that i've started her up (include warm up) when i got into the vtec it hesitates, coughs, with pop n bangs from the exhaust....i'm guessing it's a dicky spark plug....any other suggestions???

you got some crap in the afm, sticky throttle body ?

maybe bad fuel ?
