Pipercross Induction Kit

Anyone had any experience of the Pipercross induction kit? The regular one I mean, not the Viper.

I hadn't heard of it until a mate offered me a second-hand one for £40. I am planning to get an ITG Maxogen at some point, but thought I would give this a go... makes a nice sound in VTEC, but not sure if there will be any tangible performance gains??

Picture here if you're not familiar with it:

Great if your after the induction roar but infortunatley you will see little to no gain :D

I have this on my car. Its bloody awful When the car has been on the road for 20mins the heatsoak is terrible. The sound is good though but now have spoon cant really hear it anyway. The sooner i get this off the better.
