My cars engine just cut out last friday and would not restart. We checked everything from the fuel pump , fuel filter, altenator,injectors and more. Found out that the sparks were not sparking. After a hard search i found a second hand distributor and fitted it yesterday. The car started fine and i let it heat up before i test drove it. I was on the road no more than 2 minutes and the car died again and would not restart and had to tow it home.
Does anyone know what the problem is or do the distributors give alot of trouble in the DC2 itr.
