Rear arb poly bushes

Hi all,
I'm going to replace my rear arb bushes with polybushes, can it be done without removing the roll bar, and can anyone recommend which grease to use to stop the bushes from being noisy.

Possibly, you could probably just undo both of the middle brackets and pull the arb away enough to slip on the new bushes. Any lithium based grease will be fine.

Poly bushes usually come with a packet of grease. my super pro bushes did any way
