Good evening people!

I am swapping the front seats from a 2005 EP3 to my 2004 EP3.

Both are face lift models.

Please can anyone give any useful advice as this is a first for me.

Straight swap.

You have to take the seats out with the rails. Two bolts at the front of the rail to the floor, one either she and two bolts at the back of the rail, again either side and they'll just lift out. Really easy to do.

The driver's seat has a plug underneath for the seat belt sensor. Again, easy to find as the cable comes up out of the carpet under the seat to a connector under the seat base. Just disconnect that connector before lifting the seat out.
 
Sorry forgot to ask. ...

.... when I disconnect the air bag plug on the drivers seat, will it bring on the air bag warning light? and will I need to get it turned off or does it go out once reconnected?
 
It's not an airbag connector. It's for the seatbelt sensor.
 
All went smoothly cheers. Very easy!

Had a very productive weekend, managed to get front sests, mats, gear knob, 2 tyres 6.5mm and a new alloy!

All for £30!! Goes to show it's not what you know but who you know
