Slight rattle

hi all I'm after a bit of advice , the civic was due oil change and low , iv done oil change but seems it was boy too late as now I have a rattle /knock at 2thou revs , it's only slight , is This engine scrap now ? Has any 1 got a engine for sale or could put me in the right direction to use some1 gettin it fixed iv had lo car for a week now need to get it fixed ?
Apriciate the help and advice if I get any .... No one seems to help out on this forum
