Stiffer springs with teins

Currently have the tein flex suspension, could I replace the springs with a stiffer (20% - 30%) set without causing damage to the dampers.
 
Don't see why not mate, Sara was talking about changing the springs on hers to stiffen it up a bit so would be worth asking her :)
