Is sleeving/lining of the block required.

How much heat would it produce, to say a JRSC conversion?
 
It all depends on what level of displacement you are going to choose Chris. If you go for the full 2.2 the cylinders need boring out. I'm sure I remember Paul and Mark telling me that when I enquired about a stroker kit. If you were to go for say the 2.1 or 2.15 displacment then *I think* that all is required is to just change over the internals.

As far as heat is concerned, I would definately say that a JRSC conversion would produce the most heat. Simply because your compressing the air (which heats it up) plus the heat generated by the moving parts of the S/C. I would be looking at a dedicated oil cooler in this situation for optimum efficiency and relaibility, but that's just me.
