The dreaded 72K service

Anyone know what exactly is replaced in this..as the cars out of warranty I wanna do as much of it myself as possible.

Yea other than the plugs I cant work out whats making it cost so much

It's a full engine service, same as the 25000 and 50000 service, plus a set of spark plugs.

(They ae also 12500 mile intervals so it's 75000 miles)
