EP3 Too good to be true?

Seems about right. It doesn't mention HPI though, so get one done if you are serious before parting with your cash.
 
Yeah I'd be stupid for not HPI'ing the car before, I work in the car sales industry so I have access to be able to HPI it, I'll see if I can get funds available soonish
