Transmission fluid?

Can anyone tell me how to change the transmission fluid or is it best left to a mechanic? And what fluid should i use? :?

Personally i'd stick with Honda's own MTF 3 gearbox oil

yup, as everyone mention above, unless you are running any aftermarket LSD that requires specific oil, otherwise honda MTF3 only !!

there is no replacement for MTF3 and its defo not the same as engine oil
