Hi looking at doing a track day next week - what tyres are people running ? Can you fit a 225 profile to the standard rim? Pros / Cons ?

I used to run 225's on mine, haven't replaced the tyres on my current but I definitely should. Amusingly 225s are often cheaper than 205s or 215s.
