EP3 VTC gear on k20 and k20a the same?

Email them and ask them exactly what engine they came out of and what they reckon they'll fit.

To be accurate the CL7 Accord came with a K20a. The Euro car, that most people searching for "Accord Cam gears", came with a K20a4 as did the 02-06 CR-V and not a K20a, so the listing is a bit confused. :lol:

EU civics came with a K20a3 in the EV1 and a K20a2 in the EP3, JDM came with a K20a.

K20a4 and K20a3 are very different engines from the K20a2 and K20a and a VTC gear from these engines will not fit a K20a/K20a2. I'm not 100% but the K20a and K20a2 VTC movement is up to 25 degrees each way, so I can't see a reason why it wouldn't fit if it genuinely is from a K20a.

The OEM K20a2 part number is 14310-RBC-003 for your info.
