Wheel alignement and suspension geometry

My 02 CTR pulls slightly to the right at speed (60+). As a result, i have to hold the wheel about 10degrees (or less) to the left when on the motorway.
It is not slack either, constant pressure must be applied to keep it going straight.

It was worse, but i took it to get 4wheel alighment at ProTyre. They corrected the front and rear toe, that made it 90% better, but as i said, its still a bit out.

From what i can tell it is just front and rear toe that has been adjusted. However, a mechanic at Honda told me that front camber is adjustable too, and that is slightly out (but within spec).

What worries me is that (according to the readings on the print out from protyre) the rear camber is also out (but within spec) and this is not adjustable as i understand. Can this mean something is bent?
It seems unlikely to me that something would bend so slightly, when steel deforms plasticly it usually bends a lot doesn't it.

I am getting the o/s track rod end replaced amoung other things this weekend, so it will need setting again soon.

Has anyone else had a similar problem and ever manage to get it fixed.
Or are there any honda specialists, like TGM, who can diagnose the problem properly?

Regards

If you are near then take it to TGM, There is nothing Tom does not know about geometry and correct camber settings :smt023

She's booked at TGM for a new track rod end (idiots at honda ordered wrong part) and geometry for next wednesday. We'll see how it goes.

Super, could be. He said he always keeps a few in stock.
By the way is there a nice warm place to sit and wait, as I cannot get dropped off.

Eummm....

Not really

Theres a reception, where Tom's office is.

I normally go down where their doing the cars and try to help out. Tom's good as he'll talk you through whats happening, so you can learn.

Went there today. All done, very friendly, i'll definately be going back.
The pull is still there though, less noticable now though. Only at 60+mph.
The toe is perfect exactly correct now, front and rear.

Camber is a bit out at the rear, but that can't be adjusted without putting special brackets on, Tom said that shouldn't cause pulling though.

Don't really know what to do now, i'll try swapping the front and rear wheels over, in case its some wierd wheel/tyre problem. Otherwise I guess i'll just have to live with it.

Not yet, i'll give him a call next week. After i've changed the wheels over, and checked tyre pressures etc.
Does anyone think a worn wheel bearing could generate the pull? Because I think i can hear a slight whine coming on.

Try calling him now, he might be in still. Just explain the problem etc and he'll take the car out for a test drive. He'll know more then what we could come up with on here.
