which is the best air filter/intake

hi everyone im stuck on which filter/intake to get . which is the best because i have herd so may rumors with diffrent ones
these are the things i have been told
1. dont go for guppe m/tegiwa as to loud on V-TEC
2.aem v2 dosent put much power out
3. ARC is good and not as loud as guppe m /tegiwa but puts out the same amount of power

the mods on my car at the moment
japspeed exhaust mani
mugen airbox
k100
mugen twinloop ( but getting replaced for invidia system)
Valve clearances adjusted
