Window channel buggered up

Hi all, I've searched the web and found advice and guides how to replace the window channel as mine is complately buggered up. I've spoken to Honda and I've been quoted just over £50 for a replacement one. Does anybody know where else I could purchase one of these from? Thanks!
 
I got quoted around £45 each from Honda, doubt unless you find a online seller with less overheads, but there not many around.
