One day it'll be more the norm than we're used to and petrol powered cars will go the way of the horse. So for now I'm going to enjoy VTEC and turbo's and making lots of noise and not worry about EV

When i read VW pushing hard with EV's. All i can think of after diesel-gate, is VW acting like Sarcastic Homer.

"O-la-de-da, look at me, i'm so healthy, i'm making people happy".

Hah, now I also have that image. However, they're like any big company with shareholders. Increase profits each quarter or die trying...

I'm kinda glad Honda didn't get caught up in that whole situation compared to several other manufacturers.

This wee thing looks fantastic imho. At 95% complete i think Honda may be on to a winner here.
Just wish the range was closer to 200 miles.

I think the actual version is ugly as sin, really liked the prototype. Itís like the FK2 all over again!

Looks a bit softer than the concept.
Looks good though, and I think everyone who wowed at them knew the huge concept wheels would never make it to the production EV purely and simply down to drag and reduction in economy/range

Thats how your Prius's meet the low carbon values and better economies by running 15" wheels with wheel trims.

Not sure how people get excited over an electric vehicle... I need a V8 soon, all this EV talk around me needs to be woken up by the sound of true engine glory

Does it play the Vtec scream through the sound system?

They will be nailing the lid down before I drive some bloody scalextric car.

Give me a decent hybrid that can perform like a TypeR and I might be interested.
