Default engine not reving past 1000rpm

    Hi all,
I'm looking for some help in solving an ongoing problem on one of my Ep3's
The engine fires up fine buy as soon as you press the accelerator the engine immediately bogs down and stalls.
I've changed the complete throttle unit off my other car that is working fine.
It throws up P0113 IAT sensor circuit high voltage so I've exchanged that with one with no faults.
Additionaly I've replaced two of the cam sensors but I'm still getting the same problem?
The engine has covered 142K and had a cam belt chain replacement over 1000 miles ago
apart from this the engine sound healthy on a low tick over.
And help will be much appreciated

What happens when you start it up from cold? The engine initial tickover is 2k.
