Gearbox issues

Hi guys just wondering if any one can help am new on here basically a bought a atr and it was working perfect for a week then all of a sudden I lost reverse it's as if it doesn't exist no crunching no grinding just nothing there and now it's starting to crunch up in all gears sometimes I can't get into first and second can any one help with this problem isit a easy fix or do I need to replace the whole gearbox if so any one selling one? Thanks
