Milano Red (pink) owners

Just bought a EP3 Milano red or should I say its a bit pink, so what have you used to get it back to red, can you recommend a cutting compound to use or a body shop in Hampshire that'll fix it

Its pink for life. I had mine mopped and didnt make any difference. I got mine resprayed in the end.

Hi, taken some advice and I'm told the EP3 was lacquered on top of the base coat so its the red under the lacquer that has faded so I recon you're right it'll need a respay. :-(

I had some degree of success using red colour magic and a mop . But three panels were beyond help lol . Ended up painting them

g3 and a mop is best way to go...and a good polish on top .

bhp-mad, won't work because it has lacquer on it.... :-(

Once it has faded there is nothing you can do as the paint fades under the lacquer. A respray is your only option i'm afraid. Sucks as Milano Red is my favourite colour, shame they all fade.

Depends on where you go and into how much depth (blow over right upto a full respray including the bay and door shuts).
